The Ayrshire Community Trust provides a range of services to help and support community groups, organisations and individuals.
Independent Examinations
TACT offer an Independent Examination of accounts to Charities who have an income level of less than £250,000 on a Receipts and Payments basis, by staff who have been trained by the Association of Charity Independent Examiners, (A.C.I.E), to assist Charities to comply with the reporting requirements for the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator.
If you would like to discuss with an independent examiner (IE) your requirements then please use the ‘contact us’ page. An IE will get in touch with you to make arrangements to assist to complete your end of year return.
If you are not a registered charity we can still assist you as we are happy to offer the same service that we do to charities.
Our current payment scales are:
Charities
£0.00 to £15,000 would cost £50.00
£15,000 to £50,000 would cost £75.00
£50,000 to £100,000 would cost £100.00
£100,000 to £250,000 would cost £200.00
Non charities
£0.00 to £15,000 would cost £60.00
£15,000 to £50,000 would cost £100.00
£50,000 to £100,000 would cost £200.00
£100,000 to £250,000 would cost £350.00
These costs are changeable and would be discussed with the group before completing the examination.

Statuary Organisations – Full Day £80 / Half Day £40

(Can seat 6 people comfortably around a large table)

Refreshments (Tea, Coffee, Water facilities) are included.
If lunch is required, TACT can arrange this at an additional cost.
Full Day – 9:00am – 4:30pm
Half Day – 9:00am – 12:30pm or 1:00pm – 4:30pm

Admin Services
At TACT we also offer a range of administration support services to the local community and voluntary sector.
Photocopying is something that we all have to do and here at TACT we offer a low cost photocopying service.

Website Design
Aimed at third sector organisations, community groups and community interest companies, our low cost website design service will provide you with a professionally built website with content management system and modules specifically designed for non-technical users.
We will also provide training on how to add text and images in order for you to take control and keep your website up to date yourself.
Whether you already have a website that needs a makeover or don’t have one at all our friendly, jargon-free service will get your presence on the web for the world to see!

• Website Package 3 (up to 20 pages inc. 1 hour training) – £799
