TACT is proud to support the local community and voluntary sector by offering a variety of affordable administrative services.

Independent Examinations

The Ayrshire Community Trust provide a service to complete Independent Examinations of Accounts to both Charities and Non-Charities. This service is restricted to those who have an annual income of £250,000 or less per year and are on a Receipts and Payments basis. All Independent examinations are carried out by staff who have been trained by the Association of Charity Examiners, (ACIE) to assist charities to comply with the reporting requirements for the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).

Room Hire

We offer flexible room hire options to suit your needs – available by the hour, half day, or full day. Details of our current room rates are listed below:

Large Training Room

Capacity: Up to 16 people
Rates:
- Full Day (9:00am – 4:30pm): £70
- Half Day (9:00am – 12:30pm or 1:00pm – 4:30pm): £35
- Hourly Rate: £13.50
Included: Laptop with internet access and projector

Small Meeting Room

Capacity: Up to 4 people
Rates:
- Full Day (9:00am – 4:30pm): £30
- Half Day (9:00am – 12:30pm or 1:00pm – 4:30pm): £20
- Hourly Rate: £10

Additional Information:

Tea, coffee, and water are provided at no extra cost.
Lunch can be arranged by TACT upon request (additional charges apply).
